Very pleased- I just chatted in what I needed and the rep was very helpful in getting a refund for my equipment that failed.

I have Asurion on a few of my things at my home. I have never had to use it so far. I at least know it’s there if I need to.

great for certain items
i am an infrequent buyer of the assurion warranties but do use them for stuff i think might be something i'd claim on like the very low priced inflatable paddleboard i got. i can't imagine the thig lasting 2 years but the warranty makes that a no brainer. i have only once in my history had to make a claim and it was an easy process where they just automatically refunded the price of the item

Immediate response
I reached out regarding my treadmill not working due to the belt not staying on the track and sliding to the left and Asurion immediately provided me a gift certificate on Amazon for the amount I paid for that treadmill and I was able to purchase another one to replace it that was much better!
