Die Trauben fr den Riesling stammen aus Anlagen mit teils mehr als 30 jhrigen Reben. Die Lese erfolgt von Hand und die Grung spontan. Danach wird der Wein im Stckfass und Edelstahl ausgebaut. Gefllt mit 10% Rserve Perptuelle und dann fr etwa 20 Monate auf der Hefe gereift. Geprgt von frischer Zitrusfrucht und am Gaumen mit reifer
