I first found Golden Island Korean BBQ Jerry at Costco years ago, and I've been eating it off and on since then. (Except for lately, when I've been taking a small bag of it to work almost every day.) First of all, I don't like jerky as a rule, it's too tough and hard to eat. This, though, is tender and yummy (technical term).
