Endrizzi Brut Trento DOCIm Trentin werden die ganz edlen Schaumweine als Trento DOC bezeichnet. Die Reifeperiode auf der Hefe eines Trento DOC betrgt nach den Regeln der Appelation mindestens 15 Monate fr einen Brut. Die Familie Endrici hat sich die Erzeugung ganz feiner Vertreter dieser Gattung zum Ziel gesetzt. Qualitativ sind diese Spumante durchaus den guten Gewchsen aus Franciacorta ebenbrtig. Nothing but gristle!
Flavor Name: Lemon Pepper, Size: 8 Ounce (Pack of 1)
This stuff tastes good, but it is nearly impossible to chew. Biltong is not supposed to be this tough. They must be using the cheapest meat they can get their hands on. It is loaded with gristle. You could chew it all day and never get it to break down.
