I am new to oil cleansers/double cleansing. I purchased this with the toner pads and serum thinking i was doing something. ALL instructions say rinse with water and then use the other items in the line. I damaged my skin barrier and wanted to hide away for over a month. HOWEVER, now that I have gone to the lengths of figuring out what happened and educating myself and using this product the correct way for a few days, I am seeing slight improvement already. Just make sure you know how to use a deep oil cleanser when buying this bc i didnt!!
