These were all produced by Scholl Manufacturing Co. and bare the contract code of "W11 009 QM 17003". The hardware is green painted steel, approximately dating their production from mid 1942 to late 1943. They exhibit third pattern spring clips, which have a fold in the metal's bottom edge. These would be ideal headbands for helmet

Nice Coat Not So Great Packaging

Nice coat but packaging needs to be improved. It arrived not properly folded and as a result it was completely wrinkled. Took some work to iron so it looked as advertised. Packaging for such things has to be reviewed.
