Buttons on the ends of the cuffs (buttons could be easily moved if a looser fit is desired). Overall good condition. Would look cute tucked into a pair of jeans or trousers.

As a new dog mom to Italian greyhounds, I wasn’t sure if they’d like this, but it is their favorite toy!!!!
