It took me a minute to find the direct contact to the seller. Amazon makes it nearly impossible to find the direct contact when you have issues and need to reach out to the seller. This will be the only frother I will buy for the rest of my life! It has amazing power, 2 speed settings, a double whisk, and a case to protect the whisk!!! Thos are so many features that by far shouldve made this frother so much more expensive.
