The only way it seems to resolve this is to return the item which after drilling holes in my wall, I really do not want to, I just wish there was a way to get a working spray bottle as that was part of the appeal, but again there is no way to contact them. I have to smack the bottom for the sprayer to pop back up. All I put in it was name brand glass spray, so it’s not like I put in a thick liquid. I find myself opening the spray bottle and pouring the cleaner instead of spraying because it’s easier.
