NYLON REAR MOULDED INNER COCKPIT CARPETThis is a brilliant moulded piece of carpet which fits the rear cockpit area exactly. All necessary holes are punched around the curved rear section & the front edge to accept the plastic fixing clips as well as the holes for the hood frame stops. (New clips are supplied in the kit) There is a fibreboard stiffener on the underside of the row of Durable Dot fasteners. (Tonneau cover fixings)The edges are cloth bound. I tried to use it for something it wasn’t advertised for so it’s partially my fault. I tried to use to hold wa washer discharge hose. The specs don’t say the size. This thing is tiny… it really is just for a tubing… and when I tried to return it they wanted to charge me almost as much as the original price… not worth it unless you know it will work

This is such a cheap item, but makes a huge difference in the clarity of your final product. The bottling process is delicate in that you don't want to stir up the trub at the bottom while you are siphoning to the bottling bucket. This thing is sweet. It holds the auto-siphon perfectly still while you move the beer to the bucket and you can walk away to do other stuff. The trick is to lower it just enough that it avoids sucking up the sediment at the bottom of the carboy.
