Truly a disappointment, with a brand new computer that exceeds the recommended specs, the software is incredibly slow, glitchy, and fails more times than succeedes. When it does finally cut something out it cuts wonderfully, but freezes often and more often than not, I hit cut and it freezes then I have to wait anywhere between 30 seconds to 15 minutes for it to actually cut the material, then anywhere between 30 seconds and 15 minutes to unload the material.
