Dark Brown Straw Hat with Bow and NettingVintage 1940s dark brown straw with a red orange bow and netting. This is a tilt hat, meaning it doesn't sit on top of you head, but rather sits at an angle and there is a band to hold it in place. It is marked a size 23 and has a consumer's protection label and "The Stern & Mann Co. Canton, O.". It is in wearable shape, but it does have a few issues. The netting has some tears. There are some rips and issues on the bows.

Update:
Amazon directed me to the company's website to deal with my issue of the broken paper towel holder. They responded on the same day and resolved my issue.
I would buy this product again but I recommend only picking it up from the base to be on the safe side.
Original Review:
My item became separated from the base two months after purchase and it won't screw back together, so it is useless. Amazon prompted me to reach out to Ivilon, so I did. The paper towel holder was very beautiful and seemed sturdy. I will update my review if Ivilon rectifies this matter. I recommend never picking it up from the top since it is a heavy item and with the potentially faulty connection between the pole and the base, you could easily break a toe if it comes apart!
