MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 41" Waist 32" Length 24 1 2" Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) 23" Nice WAVES labels. Dark blue shank buttons. Officer Ensign rank. The jacket is in good condition, but there is a repair on the end of one sleeve. The hat and covers are size 23. The band around the hat has snaps and the covers can be changed out. It comes with
