To enhance the benefits when fitting new FERODO Clutch Plates, FERODO recommends that new oil should be used. Tip: New friction plates should be submersed in the new engine or transmission oil for two hours prior to fitment. This allows the clutch plate material to absorb the oil to assist with the initial start

I was a bit skeptical based on the price ($85 total after taxes) but you can tell that for the price, this thing is sturdy and high quality. Holds solid onto the vent and keeps my iPhone in place. Easy to adjust and move to your liking, also easy to turn 90* and have your phone sideways. Only drawback is that is obstructs the view of the clock on my 4Runner and slightly obstructs my windshield, but I am sure I will get used to it.
