The chain has some light discoloration. The charm is small. It opens in a unique way. Recessed heart shape on the back. The sides are slightly bowed, but it doesn't effect the function of the locket. It still stays closed.

This leaves my hands soft and protected but like some other reviewers, I have noticed a difference. Even after shaking the tube, to try to mix the lotion, it was still runny. It came out a little thicker but slid off of my hand. I’m not sure if this is old stock that separated or if the formula just changed from the last time I bought it, but something is different. It also has a different scent than I recall, as well. It’s not unpleasant, just lightly lemon-y, but it is different from what I remember. The consistency and the scent are both different but it doesn’t seem to affect the efficacy.
