I usually buy higher-end brands, so for this price I didn’t have very high expectations. I will say the only complaint I have is that the spout design could use some work; the end of it doesn't come out far enough so it dribbles a bit when you try to pour. Also, and maybe this is to be expected due to the use of natural materials, but there are a couple of small split pieces/splinters on the chasen (whisk) I had to trim. Otherwise perfect!
