The front seam swivel loop helmet shell was manufactured by Schlueter Manufacturing Co. of St. Louis, Missouri and exhibits a lot number of "413A", approximately dating its production to late 1944. The helmet retains its original olive drab factory finish, cork texture, and OD#7 (green) chinstraps with steel hardware. The helmet's liner was produced by Westinghouse Electric & Manufacturing

Just used and had to apply a second coat And still some sun bleached spots still bless through ! I don’t recommend ! P.S. my vehicle is only five years old ! So it’s not like it’s been sun bleached for ten or fifteen years But having said that , For the rubber gaskets around the windows and inside track on the bottom that is black as well And gets dirty all the time , this product works great !
