The FallPumpkin pie. Hot Sauce!? YES FRIENDS! this sauce, which started life as a lark, turned out to be TOO FREAKING GOOD TO NOT MAKE. 3 years on it is now an autumnal staple in our pantry. Don't snooze on this one, we only produce it September October! THE FALL takes the classic pumpkin pie recipe and turns up the flavour and heat. Pumpkin, brown sugar and maple syrup form a smooth base for cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove carried on a wave of medium heat

Moisturizing spray that works

I have a very dry mouth due to medical conditions. I use this mouth spray at night because it was so hard to sleep through the whole night with such a dry mouth. Using the spray before bed I’m able to sleep through the entire night!
