This seems much more like an early 1900's tin. Garbaty was founded by a Jewish immigrant in Berlin in 1881. The cigarettes were very popular and the company expanded. Love these small floating shelves! Bought them to display mug collections in our new home. They were easy to install with the included installation template. I used the screws instead, and the shelves are much sturdier. I added black adhesive felt to keep mugs from sliding off. Not only do they look great, but the price of less than $20 for 7 in a pack was awesome. Will be buying more of these. Very highly recommended.
