Update: The one I received had two suction cups deformed and wouldn't stick to the side of the sink. Realized this after placing it. Unreturnable. Perfect size. A little wider than the rest. Replacing my last one that didn't rust for years. It was fine except the hard water made the suction cups not stick otherwise it was lasting for years.

Both don't work well. My solution is simple, just install a "stop" below the holes. My solution is ugly but works. It took me about 15 minutes to modify.
