Luminous PinwheelInspiration: We have pinwheel spinners around our patio to discourage birds from coming in under our deck. they are colorful and mesmerizing. Artistic Process: The background is 2 cut transparent glass circles fused together first, then the pinwheel "petals" and center were tack fused in a separate firing for texture and dimension. Not worth the money
Warning. Don't buy this!!! After shaking the glitter spray, then spraying it on my arm, the stuff comes out in one large clump of small sparkles. You can't even distribute it evenly with your hand. Also, you cannot return the item for a refund unless there was a problem with delivery.
