After two days passed without receiving the shipping label, I was about to follow up—when I received an email notifying me that Asurion had issued a full refund of $459.00. I did not have to ship the unit back. That level of service exceeded my expectations. The claim was handled quickly, communication was clear, and the resolution was fair and hassle-free. I purchase an Asurion protection plan with every high-dollar item I buy on Amazon. I’ve had to file a three claims over the years, and each time the experience has reinforced that this coverage is well worth the cost. When something fails outside the manufacturer’s warranty, it’s a relief knowing Asurion stands behind the product. Highly recommended for expensive electronics.
