I was contacted in June of 2019 by a Phoenix Phan asking if I could make a Custom creation based on an idea he had. He gave me a list of notes and a brief overview of what he was wanting and off to work I went. The fragrance was originally developed as an EdP. After allowing it some time to age, I sent it off.
