Imperial Taper Lock Bush 2525- 1.1/8Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

Called around for quotes to get them replaced and everyone was quoting over $2k just for bellows. Figured I’d give it a try. The rubber is good quality and feels soft. Time will tell but this is an easy job if you’re mechanically inclined. Make sure you replace the plastic water pickup fitting while you’re at it. Found mine to be cracked on disassembly and had to wait for a new one. Should be a easy 3-4 hour job if your not doing the bearing and only doing bellows
