The panels are die cut on our 60 ton presses and have all the correct holes and apertures for the perfect fit. The carpet kick panels are firstly sewn to a vinyl surround, which in turn is welded to the face panel on our High Frequency welding machine. These plates a wide and sturdy. We use them everyday at home to minimize dirty dishes which makes cleaning really easy. We’ve had even stew on them which can be very soupy and they don’t leak and they don’t get soggy. It’s also a good price point for the amount of plates it comes with.
