Our Thick Wall Tunnels are rounded inward toward the center of the hole, so you will see different grain patterns throughout. The back of the plug is flat. Plugs smaller than 1 2" (13 mm)

I find that using hyaluronic acid can sometimes make my skin even dryer and this has Kojic acid in it which gave me the ability to use it daily without drying my skin.
