I've been using this for the past 3 days, and I have to say it's way better than my previous 10-port USB-C hub, which had stopped working. I like the design of this new hub, where the HDMI, PD, and Ethernet ports are all in the same area and located at the back. In comparison, my previous hub had its ports scattered all over the place. This hub only gets lightly warm, whereas my previous one used to get super hot, which I think might have contributed to its failure. I appreciate the fact that it has a power light to indicate when it's on. It's also more compact, which I like. I've had no issues with my other Anker devices, and so far I'm really liking this hub.

It supports 4K at 60 Hz so not for high speed gaming but it is flicker free for daily work where running at 60 Hz provides a clean looking 4K display. The USB C and USB A ports work perfectly.
