Great product. I use various forms of magnesium for different things . This form was suggested for clearer thinking and energy, and it delivers! Coverage of the earliest period does (of necessity through lack of records?) encompass rather a lot of conjecture and assumptions. There's certainly a good coverage of the period - but it can become rather dry as it cycles through successive rulers. There's limited information about how the average person lived during the time covered. Tended to skim past extended descriptions of fairy tales of ancient beliefs and convictions. The book occasionally reverts to mentions of much later personalities (such as Freud) and comparing them to characters of ancient China!
