Bakelite Tape DispenserVintage German red Bakelite tape dispenser. Perfect office accessory. The side comes off to refill the tape. This is likely post war but the design dates to the 1930's. There is already some tape inside. It in in good condition with light wear. It measures just under 3 1 2" long. No maker marks.

not tight enough
It did slip on my BMW M5 F90 oil filter — it wasn’t tight enough. I had to use a microfiber cloth to fill the gap and make it tighter in order to loosen the oil filter.
