I like a brand of computer mouse that is known to have mechanical issues after a year or two, so i bought the protection plan. I suggest you shake the cartridge first before installing them then perform a nozzle cleaning and check afterwards. I've never had one fail. The colors are accurate and the ink dries quickly. I especially like the large capacity of the cartridges. I like to have a full set on hand so I don't run out, but they last a long time.
